Up to now, ESEC has successfully implemented hundreds of projects on energy management and reliability monitoring of power systems for customers in all industrial fields: electricity, oil and gas, mining, metallurgy , pharmaceuticals, semiconductors and F&B…
In the field of F&B, last year, ESEC successfully implemented a project to provide SCADA Utility system (using Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure PME platform) to customers of Suntory Pepsico Vietnam Beverage Company Limited (SPVB).
Suntory PepsiCo Vietnam Beverage Company Limited (SPVB), 100% foreign owned, is an alliance between PepsiCo Inc and Suntory Holdings Limited, officially established in April 2013. SPVB is one of the companies Vietnam’s leading consumer goods manufacturer, offering a diverse and unique portfolio of food and beverage products. SPVB also holds a large market share in the F&B business in Vietnam, which is favored by a large number of customers.
The project to provide the SCADA Utility system has been implemented at a number of factories in the system of Pepsico Suntory Vietnam (Pepsico Bac Ninh Factory, Pepsico Can Tho Factory…) From there as a premise to replicate to other factories.
This is a relatively difficult project because ESEC has to meet strict requirements from customers to comply with system and plant operating standards. In addition, there are situations and problems that arise, forcing us to have a timely solution so as not to affect the overall progress of the project. However, thanks to the experience in implementing many projects on energy management and power system reliability monitoring, ESEC also completed this project according to the customer’s request.
The project using Schneider Electric’s EcoStruxure PME platform combined with ESEC’s resources, has brought the following benefits to Suntory Pepsico customers:
- Eliminate data recording time from clocks, thereby eliminating errors.
- Eliminate manual data entry time, thereby avoiding mistakes and errors.
- Timely, accurate and detailed analysis of the use of energy, water, etc. to avoid waste, control energy sources.
- Proactive, timely reporting, complete and consistent reporting forms.
- Actively monitor time for reports and take feedback
- Reduce time and workload for related personnel and departments.
With each completed project, ESEC gains new experiences in the process of implementing its work. That helps us to serve customers better and better, and technical solutions to bring customers more and more optimal.
